  • Analysed key groups of salaried employees to identify areas for improvement before rolling out a new global base salary review process using the compensation module in SAP HR. 

  • Brought continuity to the title and position governance policy including the development of key updates to the organisational structure and employee title architecture allowing for robust future growth and sustanibility. 

  • Designed and re-iterated an LTI programme and implemented a group-wide bonus (STI) program in close collaboration with the executive leadership team and the group remuneration committee. 

  • Deployed a stringent benefit governance process including external benchmarks to effectively tender for all insured benefits across 20+ countries while delivering accurate quarterly reports to management and committees.
